Light ‘N Fluffy Waffles gluten free, dairy free & keto

EDIT***** I blend all ingredients in nutrabullet i evenly spoon it onto the waffle iron cook for 3 minutes. I freeze them and toast when ready to eat. I have 8 kids who love these so we go through alot lol.
20 eggs 4 cups of shredded Colby and cheddar cheese one and a half cups of coconut flour 1 tbsp of baking powder plus garlic powder onion powder paprika salt and pepper makes 36 chaffles we use these for BLTs hamburgers turkey sandwiches ham sandwiches and tuna salad sandwiches. I also make a sweet recipe using mozzarella cheese creamcheese eggs cinnamon monk fruit sweetener and maple extract and we use those for peanut butter and jelly.
Recipe for the pb&j kind
I make large batches

6 eggs
1/4 cup mozzo cheese
4 tablespoons creamcheese
3-5 tablespoons of almond flour until it becomes a cake batter consistency
1 tablespoon of monkfruit or swerve
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend all in nutrabullet
Use sugar free jelly and sugar free peanut butter.
